We got a call from a customer about a garage door with a broken spring and he wanted it done in a hurry.
As soon as we received the call we sent our best technician, to help our new customer Mr. Hoffman and repair what was needed. He assessed the situation and firstly stabilized the door with a ladder. Then he removed the broken spring and immediately installed the new one. He knew what to do next and so he did some adjustments on the tension and checked all rollers as well as the rest of the garage door, even the bottom. As all was well he added some lubricant and the garage door was ready for use. Mr. Hoffman was delighted with the speed and efficiency of our professional team.
